First Evaluations
What are our first evaluations?
Finding the place to study in Europe can often be an unnecessarily complicated process, riddled with bureaucracy and inconsistencies. For us to assist you in getting accepted by your ideal university, we will first need some information about you and your preferences.
For our first evaluation we will need you to fill out our online application, where you let us know what/where you would like to study and upload the required documents. Once the evaluation fee is paid, we will analyze your chances of acceptance through a wide array of data on what was successful in the previous years, and by getting in touch with the universities. After your first evaluation is completed, one of our analysts will send it to you via email within five days.
We consider many factors that could influence your acceptance chances, including:
Minimum requirements: We check if you meet the basic qualifications for the universities or programs you're interested in.
Competition: We analyze how competitive the universities or programs are and your chances of getting accepted.
Grades: We evaluate your academic performance and consider how it compares to the requirements and other applicants.
Entry tests: We determine if any entrance tests are necessary for the universities or programs you're interested in.
Selection interviews: We check if the universities or programs you're interested in require any entrance interviews.
Based on the data, we will rate your chances of acceptance for what you’ve selected. Depending on your selection, this might be specific universities, or entire countries or majors. Either way, we’ll give you personalized feedback, including a likelihood of acceptance on a red-orange-green scale. After confirming that your diploma meets the necessary qualifications., we'll provide you with a list of at least three recommended universities in each location where you would have significant chances of acceptance.
Pricing
€250 — This covers the evaluation for three universities. If you are requesting the first evaluation for more than 3 universities, each extra university costs an additional €100.

As an independent applicant, you can choose any university you like and we'll provide guidance until your application is complete.
We'll offer advice on everything from required documents to entry tests and selection interviews. We'll also help you prepare for any challenges along the way, ensuring that you have the best possible chance of success. Whether you're applying for undergraduate or graduate studies, we're here to help you achieve your goals and take the stress out of the application process.

With this service, we offer a unique guarantee — if we are unable to secure your enrollment in at least one university, you won't be charged any fees. Pricing
€1000 — This fee covers the application for one university. If you would like the application service to include more universities, each extra university costs an additional €500.
Guarantee: No success means no fee, you don’t pay us any money if we are not able to enroll you to study.
Personalized Services
What are our personalized services?
In addition to our comprehensive evaluation and application services, we also offer separate services to assist with specific needs throughout the university application process. These services can be booked independently or in conjunction with our initial evaluation to provide a tailored experience based on your individual requirements.
If you need translations in the local languages of your desired universities, we can assist you with our reliable local translation offices. We will provide you with an individual quote based on your specific needs once we have reviewed your application file.
We also offer relocation services to help you transition smoothly to your new academic environment once you have been accepted to a university. Whether you need assistance with accommodation, transportation, or general logistics in your new city or country, we are here to help. Contact us for a quote, as the cost of our relocation services varies depending on your location.
These services can be booked separately with or without the first evaluation:
If translations in the local languages are required (i.e. translations in English aren’t accepted), we are able to organize them with our local translation offices. The cost of course depends on the number of documents which need to be translated. After seeing your application file, we’ll give you an individual quote.
Relocation services can be booked after being accepted to a university. Feel free to ask us for a quote, as the price will vary depending on the city/country.
